We are pleased to share an interesting investment plan, with you. Investments Generally people go in for investments either long term or short term for financial benefits as per the standards of their respective life styles. Most of the investors depends on bank deposits in view of security of their deposited amount. Some aggressive investors invest in stock & share, mutual funds for either long term or short term looking only on the profit margin. But now a days Kerala, in India, especially Ernakulam is showing a tremendous growth in real estate investment because of the increase in land value and the rising number of buyers. It is very promising that the return of the real estate investment is far greater than other conventional investments. Risk in real estate. Real Estate business showed a slow pace recently because of the government land reforms and other legal entangles. As the price of the lands showed a no-time bounce the buyers are reluctant to invest because of the fear that the resale will be impossible. Corers of rupees are blocked because of the non sale of properties and buildings, through out Kerala. Investment with high monthly return, security and non risk As all financial institutions including nationalized banks made their credit facilities to clients with more strict rules and regulations, people are looking for easy finance options. The private finance sector of our state is very fragile and insecure. So people find it difficult to get finance even after providing poper securities. A person with a minimal investment amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- can earn up to Rs. 10,000/- by investing in a property with a market value between Rs. 7,50,000/- and Rs. 10,00,000/-. Investment Plan Investor invests his or her money in land which costs 1.5-2 times than the investment amount. The land’s ownership and pocession will be transferred in to the investors name after registering the property in to his/her name. The owner of the land will provide a monthly interest which will be greater than that of bank interest as per RBI norms and all the processing charges will be bared by the owner of the land who require the finance. If the owner of the land fails to pay the monthly return properly for six months the land will be sold or either tranferred to withdraw the investment amount with interest and our expenditure. As the land value is greater than the invested amount it will be easy for the investor to encash the property.
